Meet Caitlin
Movement Educator. Mentor. Studio Consultant.
My journey in Pilates began in 2007, and what started as a passion for movement has evolved into nearly two decades dedicated to teaching, education, and meaningful connection.
With a foundation in both classical and contemporary Pilates, my approach blends technical knowledge, thoughtful movement, and individualized attention. I believe exceptional teaching goes beyond exercises — it's about understanding the person in front of you and creating an experience that supports their unique needs and goals.
My Journey
A Journey Rooted in Experience
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each bringing unique bodies, goals, and stories into the studio. These experiences have continually shaped and refined the way I teach.
Alongside my private teaching, I have spent many years mentoring instructors — supporting them as they refine their skills, build confidence, and develop their own authentic teaching voice.
As the founder and owner of Root to Rise Pilates in Colorado, I built a boutique studio grounded in quality instruction, community, and individualized care — an experience that continues to inform how I teach, mentor, and consult today.

Today, I offer personalized in-home Pilates, Pilates teacher mentorship, and boutique studio business consulting — each grounded in the same intentional, individualized care.
